2 oz vodka
2 oz Midori
2 oz lemon juice

shaken

3 oz gin, split
9 oz tonic, split
splash of lime juice, fresh or Rose’s

Notes: Ratios vary according to taste. Use good tonic, i.e. sugar only, no corn syrup!

4 oz Canadian Whiskey
0.66 oz triple sec
2 dash bitters
1 tsp powdered sugar

In case you are too lazy to mix your vodka and gin together, there’s always Gin-Ka.

3 oz vodka
1.5 oz triple sec
.33 oz pomegrante liquor
1 oz rose’s lime juice
1 oz white cranberry juice
2 dashs orange bitters

The jigger is 1 oz and 1.5 oz. The little measuring cup is 2 oz. That’s all you need!
