Grenadine and Simple Syrup

Grenadine:
8 oz pomegranite juice (ok, mine was pom-cran)
8 oz sugar
dash orange blossom water

shake until combines

Simple Syrup:
8 oz water
8 oz sugar

boil until dissolved

Vieux Carre

1.5 oz rye
1.5 oz brandy
1.5 oz sweet vermouth
0.66 oz benedictine
8 dashes peychaud’s bitters
4 dashes angostura bitters

4 oz rye
6 dashes peychaud’s bitters
2 tsp sugar

cool old fashoned glass
rinse with absinthe
muddle bitters and sugar
add rye

Hendrik’s Gin
Kinky Liqueur
Cucumber
Lemon

3 oz tequila
1.5 oz orange liqueur
1 oz lime juice
1 oz lemon juice

shaken

salted rim

4 oz irish whiskey
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz orange liqueur

stir

3 oz bourbon
2 oz campari
2 oz sweet vermouth

stir

3 oz vodka
1 oz blue curacao
2 oz rose’s lime juice

shaken

optional: add bitters for depth

3 oz brandy
1.5 oz orange liqueur
1.5 oz lemon juice

shaken

1 oz vodka
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz irish cream
1 oz orange liqueur
